8:30 a.m. – Morning session: We start the day with a gentle session of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. This is your time to arrive at yourself, awaken your body, and clear your mind. Breakfast: After the morning session, we enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast that gives you energy for the day and prepares you for the next processes.
10:00 a.m. – GO process: We immerse ourselves in the GO process. This guided contemplative practice invites you to show your authentic self. We practice recognizing, accepting, and letting go. This leads you to inner clarity and lightness. 5:00 p.m. – Dinner: A shared vegetarian or vegan dinner awaits you. This meal will strengthen you and give you warmth and peace. 7:00 p.m. – Evening session: In the evening, we invite you to a soothing sound meditation, a somatic yoga session, or a special breathing session. These spaces deepen the process of letting go, give you deep relaxation, and lead you into your presence.
Wellness: At the end of the day, you can relax in the wellness area. This time is entirely yours – to reflect, let go, and relax completely. Each day is a step closer to your inner freedom. Feel safe, secure, and free to be yourself in this structure.

Through honest communication and conscious being, the inner observer is activated. You learn to perceive without judging, telling or escaping. This is how consciousness anchors itself in the here and now. Now is the moment when something essential shifts: from reaction to choice, from victim mode to creative presence.
Somatic yoga – movement that restores flow Somatic yoga works with rotations, vibrations, and oscillating movements. Not to perfect forms, but to release tension and gently regulate the nervous system. The body remembers how it feels when energy flows freely again and movement becomes effortless.
Sound meditation – letting go & letting things happen Sound opens up a space beyond doing. You don't have to achieve anything, understand anything, or hold on to anything. Vibration helps you to relax more deeply, let go of control, and trust in the process of letting things happen.
Breathwork – breathing life back in Conscious breathwork has a direct effect on the body, emotions, and presence. Breathing helps you let go of the old, expand inner constriction, and reconnect with your vitality. You can free yourself and breathe life in fully – clear, awake, and present.
The goal: back to lightness At the end of these days, you will experience what true lightness feels like – the freedom that is within us when nothing weighs us down.
