The SegensReich—Center for Awareness and Self-Enlightenment—is a true gem of a retreat house, nestled in beautiful natural surroundings in the middle of the small Aue district in Dornbirn, in a quiet location. The house was built with natural materials and has a familiar and cozy atmosphere, while also offering modern and stylish rooms for your retreat. Lovingly furnished single or double rooms are available. Double room price on request.

Catering – For your well-being and to make you feel at home During the retreat, we will spoil you with delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine that is not only good for you, but also delights your senses. We use fresh, balanced ingredients that give you energy and support you on your inner journey.

Individual needs? If you have any intolerances or special dietary requirements, please let us know. We will adapt to your needs so that you can feel completely comfortable and at home.

Always there for you: Tea, filtered water, fresh coffee, and a selection of fruit are available around the clock. So you can have something to eat or drink whenever you feel like it. Enjoyment – for body and soul.

Our daily schedule is designed to help you find a natural rhythm that guides you through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and soothing silence. Experience how mindful sessions and breaks allow you to fully embrace your inner journey. Daily schedule
8:30 a.m. – Morning session: We start the day with a gentle session of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. This is your time to arrive at yourself, awaken your body, and clear your mind. Breakfast: After the morning session, we enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast that gives you energy for the day and prepares you for the next processes.

10:00 a.m. – GO process: We immerse ourselves in the GO process. This guided contemplative practice invites you to show your authentic self. We practice recognizing, accepting, and letting go. This leads you to inner clarity and lightness. 5:00 p.m. – Dinner: A shared vegetarian or vegan dinner awaits you. This meal will strengthen you and give you warmth and peace. 7:00 p.m. – Evening session: In the evening, we invite you to a soothing sound meditation or a MEM yoga session (Muscle-Emotion-Meridian Yoga) or a special breathing session. These sessions deepen the process of letting go and give you deep relaxation.

Wellness: At the end of the day, you can relax in the wellness area. This time is all yours – to reflect, let go, and relax completely. Each day is a step closer to your inner freedom. Feel safe, secure, and free to be yourself in this structure.

The process – What happens during this time-out? Sound as liberation: Sound from natural instruments and gongs accompanies you on this journey. The gentle vibrations penetrate your body, release deep tensions, and invite you to let go of everything you no longer want to carry. The sound has a cleansing effect and creates clarity and space within you.

Mem Gong Yoga: In these special yoga sequences, we experience devotion in movement. Gentle, mindful exercises help you release tension in your body and harmonize your energy flow. Body and mind come into balance, which promotes letting go on all levels.

The GO process: A meditative process that guides you through the stages of acceptance and letting go. Through this process, you learn to lovingly accept what is there and to let go of what weighs you down with serenity. Step by step, an inner space is created in which a new lightness can unfold.

The goal: Back to lightness At the end of these days, you will experience what true lightness feels like—the freedom that is within us when nothing weighs us down. Getting to SegensReich Im Äuele 21, 6850 Dornbirn, Austria Free parking is available in front of the building. Arriving by public transport: Dornbirn train station, bus 180, 181, or 203 to the Pfarrheim Wallenmahd stop, or bus 202 to Volksschule Wallenmahd.
From there, it is a few minutes' walk to the retreat center. Check-in and check-out: Check-in: from 3 p.m. or by arrangement Check-out: by 3 p.m. or by arrangement, retreat ends at 12 noon

Very warm welcome. Suitable group size, great group, just right to get back to yourself and enjoy time for yourself. Letting go in different ways - simply wonderful! Thank you for these great days and the space for experience with you. The food was also delicious and left nothing to be desired.

Had a wonderful time in Dornbirn. Lisa and Michael made the stay unique with their sessions. The focus of the time-out is on personal development and releasing emotions. The sessions were individually tailored to the needs of the participants. The house and garden are beautifully designed, a real feel-good place.
