During the retreat days, a yoga session awaits you every day, either in the morning or in the evening. You will practise in the yoga room at Hof Kranichstein. Your yoga teacher teaches Hatha Yoga according to the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar and places particular emphasis on correct body alignment when practicing the postures (asanas).
In the course of the yoga retreat:
you will find a beneficial balance to top-heavy everyday activities,
combine breathing and movement and sharpen your body awareness,
find new peace, contentment and balance.
All the necessary equipment for the yoga sessions, including yoga mats, blankets and other aids, is provided on site.
Once a day, the experienced yoga teacher leads you through a skillfully sequenced yoga session. If you have never heard of B.K.S. Iyengar and his interpretation of Hatha Yoga, your yoga teacher will take you on a journey into the world of the great Hatha Yoga master with a lot of patience and passion.
Outside of the yoga sessions, there is plenty of time that can be arranged according to your needs. Time to read a book with the fresh Baltic Sea wind blowing around your nose or to explore the island of Rügen.
