In the pleasant surroundings of a Buddhist monastery, seminar and healing center in the Odenwald, we enjoy an oasis of peace and the powerful nature to reflect on ourselves. We take enough time to discover ways to empty our minds and enjoy the healing power of thought fasting.
With light physical exercises that anyone can do, we learn to reduce tension and really let go. We will try out different meditation postures, e.g. sitting (chair, cushion) and walking, and find the posture that suits us best.
We will also try out various relaxation exercises and meditation techniques so that everyone has the opportunity to incorporate suitable exercises into their everyday life.
With various breathing and activation exercises, we learn to consciously cleanse ourselves of stress. In combination with various physical exercises, we learn how to supply ourselves with activating life energy in order to recharge our batteries and maintain our health in the long term.
What happens when our thoughts turn us sour despite a healthy diet?
In our everyday lives, it is usually more or less destructive thoughts that constantly occupy us and keep our "mental movie theater" running.
These thoughts almost always demand our strength and attention and keep us from experiencing reality intensively in the "here and now".
Our society has conditioned us to focus our attention on negative things first. However, hardly anyone is aware of the physical processes and effects when we, for example:
Watching brutal images or movies
process scary news that causes fear
Are afraid of losing our job or partner
harbor destructive thoughts about ourselves and our environment for a long time
This weekend will give you ideas on how to:
- consciously direct your attention
- Bring your mindfulness to intense and sensual perception
- train your concentration
- Strengthen your inner defenses
Exercises:
Active and silent meditations
Body scan
Walking meditation
Mindfulness walk
Light physical exercises to let go
Energy guidance
Cleansing + activating breathing exercises
Morning meditation
Evening meditation
Reflection times
In addition to practice, we will also focus on theory, learn about the positive effects of meditation and conscious breathing and learn how to be more mindful of ourselves and our bodies through small exercises.
No previous knowledge is required to take part in this workshop. The exercises are practice-oriented and easy to integrate into everyday life. The aim of the workshop is to create a stronger basis for balance and orientation in everyday life. Each participant can put together their own individual "toolbox" from the exercises that they can use again and again in everyday life. For a more conscious life in the here and now, in every moment in which our actual life takes place.
There is no obligation to take part in all program points, so that each participant can plan their time individually.
Accommodation from approx. 50 EUR (single room)/per day + full board approx. 43 EUR/per day

Participant voices:
Dear Peter,
I would like to thank you for the wonderful time with you in the monastery. I am amazed at how you manage to convey so many good and new things in such a short space of time and to inspire people afterwards. For me, it was the start of a wonderful journey to myself and into life. I am now full of confidence and joy. I can only recommend to anyone who is perhaps lacking balance or doesn't know exactly what to do at the moment to treat themselves to this time out and let themselves be carried away or infected by your very empathetic and authentic manner and joy in life. You love your work and it's a real pleasure to feel that.
We are all here to have experiences and feel joy and that is not as difficult as it seems at first! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Peter,
I arrived with a burnout. During this very valuable time in your course, I was able to become more and more who I am! Now I am taking myself home with me. Thank you very much for that!

Dear Peter!
It's been a week since our "spiritually free - refueling in the monastery" weekend, but the effect of the profound experience we were able to have still lingers!
We feel every single member of the group as if we were still connected to the bond you gave us on the very first day in the forest.
We got to know different types of meditation, i.e. to feel spiritually free, without dogmas, without right and wrong...
But it was precisely this that brought us closer to ourselves, our divine core, the meaning and all living things around us.
In addition, we experienced the magical nature of the fairytale Odenwald.
You have the feeling that you have become a part of it...words fail us, we can only say:
Thank you Peter for guiding us a bit on our way, accompanying us with your humor, your empathy, joy and attention for each of us!
Richly endowed with inner peace, serenity and spiritual freedom, with trained senses for the essential things in life, we have arrived back in everyday life, which we can now look at with slightly different eyes...
With deep solidarity and great gratitude

"Hello Peter,
I would like to give you some brief feedback on the weekend seminar "Time for me! - Recharge your batteries in the monastery".
I really enjoyed the seminar, the monastery and the surroundings. During the seminar, even my toothache and jaw pain caused by a cold subsided.
But the crucial thing for me was that I was actually able to leave the feelings of guilt I had about the death of my horse in Wald-Michelbach. I definitely didn't believe in that and I am infinitely grateful for it.
Kind regards,
Angelika"

Many thanks Peter, for the indescribable days.
I experienced a journey into the inner self, a journey into the world of Peter's Meditation - Indescribable Moments.
Mystical hike.
Great teacher, I even say great master, who loves and understands his craft.
An impressive weekend has shown me clarity, far-sightedness, the changeable, the past, the here and now.
Peter, as your motto says:
"The most beautiful things can only be experienced offline!"
Thank you for the great and inspiring days...it has taken me further.
Best wishes to the team, it was great to be with you all.
