With various breathing and activation exercises, we will learn to consciously cleanse ourselves of stress. In combination with various physical exercises, we will learn how to supply ourselves with activating life energy in order to recharge our batteries and maintain our health in the long term.

Dear Peter! It's already been a week since our "spiritual recharging in the monastery" weekend, but the effect of the profound experience we were able to have there is still lasting! This long weekend was the best opportunity for me to free myself from unnecessary thoughts, get rid of a lot of garbage, recharge my inner batteries, meditate, simply breathe deeply, clear my head and open my heart again. I felt very comfortable in a cozy group of people of the heart and we spent a lot of time outside in the monastery garden, but also in the forest, even in the evening in the dark, with exercises, games and meditations. We danced, hugged each other, gave each other our best energy and swung together. The 4 days felt like several weeks, the people of my heart like best friends from old times... Thank you Peter for your humor, the variety, the ideas and many other tips we received. The next appointment with you, Peter, is already booked, unfortunately I can't come to La Gomera this year!
