In the pleasant surroundings of a Buddhist monastery, retreat center, and healing center in the Odenwald, we enjoy an oasis of peace and the power of nature, allowing us to focus entirely on ourselves. We’ll take plenty of time to discover ways to clear our minds and fully enjoy the healing power of mental fasting.
Through gentle physical exercises that anyone can do, we’ll learn to release tension and truly let go. We’ll try out various meditation postures—such as sitting (on a chair or cushion) and walking—to find the one that works best for us.
We’ll also explore different relaxation exercises and meditation techniques so that everyone has the opportunity to incorporate suitable practices into their daily lives.
Through various breathing and energizing exercises, we’ll learn to consciously clear ourselves of stress. Combined with different physical exercises, we’ll discover how to replenish ourselves with vital energy to truly recharge and ensure the long-term maintenance of our health.
What if, despite eating a healthy diet, our thoughts still get us down?…
In our daily lives, it’s usually more or less destructive thoughts that constantly occupy our minds and keep our “inner movie” running.
Almost always, these thoughts drain our energy and attention, preventing us from fully experiencing reality in the “here and now.”
Our society has conditioned us to focus our attention primarily on the negative. Yet hardly anyone is aware of the physical processes and effects that occur when, for example, we:
Watching violent images or movies
Processing frightening news that causes anxiety
Fearing the loss of a job or a partner
Harboring destructive thoughts about ourselves and our environment for a long time
This weekend, you’ll receive suggestions on how to, among other things:
· Consciously direct your attention
· Cultivate mindfulness for intense and sensory perception
· Train your concentration
· Strengthen your inner resilience
Exercises:
Active and silent meditations
Body scan
Walking meditation
Mindfulness walk
Gentle physical exercises for letting go
Energy channeling
Cleansing and energizing breathing exercises
Morning meditation
Evening Meditation
Reflection Time
In addition to the practical exercises, we’ll also explore some theory, learn about the positive effects of meditation and conscious breathing, and use simple exercises to discover how we can be more mindful of ourselves and our bodies.
No prior experience is required to participate in this workshop. The exercises are practical and easy to integrate into daily life. The goal of the workshop is to create a stronger foundation for personal balance and guidance in everyday life. Through the group exercises, each participant can put together their own individual “toolkit” that they can use time and again in their daily lives. For a more mindful life in the here and now, in every moment where our actual life unfolds.
There is no obligation to participate in all program activities, so each participant can plan their time individually.
Accommodations starting at approx. 50 EUR (single room)/per day + full board approx. 43 EUR/per day

Participant Testimonials:
Dear Peter,
I’d like to thank you for the absolutely wonderful time I spent with you at the monastery. I’m surprised at how you manage to convey so much that is good and new in such a short time—and to inspire further growth afterward. For me, it was the start of a wonderful journey toward myself and into life. I’m now full of confidence and joy. I can only recommend to anyone who might be feeling out of balance right now or unsure of which direction to take next to treat themselves to this time-out and let themselves be swept away—or inspired—by your very empathetic and authentic nature and your joy for life. You love your work, and it’s a true joy to feel that.
We’re all here to gain experiences and feel joy, and that’s not nearly as hard as it seems at first! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Peter,
I arrived suffering from burnout. Over the course of this very valuable time in your course, I was able to become more and more who I truly am! Now I’m taking myself home with me. Thank you so much for that!

Dear Peter!
It’s already been a week since our “Spiritually Free—Recharging at the Monastery” weekend, but the impact of the profound experience we were able to have there still lingers!
We feel each and every member of the group, as if we were still connected by that ribbon you placed in our hands in the forest on the very first day.
We were introduced to a wide variety of meditation practices—that is, learning to feel mentally free, completely free of dogma, without any notions of right or wrong…
But that is precisely what brought us closer to ourselves, to our divine core, to meaning, and to all living things around us.
Added to this was the experience of the magical nature of the fairy-tale-like Odenwald.
You feel as though you’ve become a part of it… we’re at a loss for words; all we can say is:
Thank you, Peter, for guiding us a little way along our path, for accompanying us with your humor, your empathy, your joy, and your attention to each and every one of us!
Richly blessed with inner peace, serenity, and spiritual freedom, with senses attuned to the essential things in life, we have returned to our everyday lives, which we can now view through a slightly different lens…
With deep affection and great gratitude

“Hello Peter,
I’d like to share some brief feedback on the weekend seminar “Time for Me! – Recharging at the Monastery.”
I really enjoyed the seminar, the monastery, and the surroundings. During the seminar, even my tooth and jaw pain—caused by a cold—subsided.
But the most important thing for me was that I was actually able to leave behind in Wald-Michelbach the feelings of guilt I’d been carrying because of my horse’s death. I definitely hadn’t believed that would be possible, and I’m infinitely grateful for it.
Warm regards,
Angelika”

Thank you so much, Peter, for these indescribable days.
I experienced a journey into my inner self, a journey into the world of Peter’s meditation—indescribable moments.
A mystical journey.
A great teacher—I’d even say a great master—who loves and understands his craft.
An impressive weekend showed me clarity, foresight, the ever-changing, the past, and the here and now.
Peter, as your motto says:
“The most beautiful things can only be experienced offline!”
Thank you for the wonderful and inspiring days…it has helped me grow.
Warmest regards to the team—it was lovely spending time with all of you.
