In the pleasant surroundings of a Buddhist monastery, seminar, and healing center in the Odenwald, we enjoy an oasis of peace and powerful nature, allowing us to focus entirely on ourselves. We take sufficient time to discover ways to empty our minds and enjoy the healing power of thought fasting.
With light physical exercises that everyone can participate in, we learn to release tension and let go properly. We will try out different meditation positions, such as sitting (chair, cushion) and walking, and find the posture that suits us best. We will also try out various relaxation exercises and meditation techniques so that everyone has the opportunity to incorporate exercises that suit them into their everyday life.
With various breathing and activation exercises, we learn to consciously cleanse ourselves of stress. In combination with various physical exercises, we learn how to supply ourselves with activating life energy in order to recharge our batteries and maintain our health in the long term. What if, despite a healthy diet, our thoughts make us feel sour?
In our everyday lives, it is usually more or less destructive thoughts that constantly occupy our minds and keep our "mental cinema" running. Almost always, these thoughts demand our energy and attention and prevent us from intensely experiencing reality in the "here and now." Our society has conditioned us to focus our attention on the negative first. But hardly anyone is aware of the physical processes and effects when, for example, we: See brutal images or films Process frightening news that causes anxiety Are afraid of losing our job or partner Harbor destructive thoughts about ourselves and our environment for a long time
This weekend, you will receive suggestions on how to: · Consciously direct your attention · Bring your mindfulness to an intense and sensual perception · Train your concentration · Strengthen your inner defenses Exercises:
Active and silent meditations Body scan Walking meditation Mindfulness walk Light physical exercises for letting go Energy control Purifying + activating breathing exercises Morning meditation Evening meditation Reflection times
In addition to the practical aspects, we will also turn our attention to the theory, learn about the positive effects of meditation and conscious breathing, and do small exercises to learn how to be more mindful of ourselves and our bodies. No prior knowledge is required to participate in this workshop. The exercises are practical and easy to integrate into everyday life. The aim of the workshop is to create a stronger foundation for your own balance and orientation in everyday life. From the joint exercises, each participant can put together their own individual "toolbox" that they can use again and again in everyday life. For a more conscious life in the here and now, in every moment in which our actual life takes place.
There is no obligation to participate in all program items, so that each participant can plan their time individually. Accommodation from approx. $50 (single room)/per day + full board approx. $43/per day Make yourself and others happy! GIFT VOUCHERS are available for the events!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Participant feedback: Dear Peter, I would like to thank you for the wonderful time I had with you at the monastery. I am surprised at how you manage to convey so much good and new information in such a short time and to inspire us to take action afterwards. For me, it was the start of a wonderful journey to myself and to life. I am now full of confidence and joy. I can only recommend to anyone who may be lacking balance or who is currently unsure of what to do next to treat themselves to this time out and let themselves be carried away and infected by your very empathetic and authentic manner and joy of life. You love your work and it is a real pleasure to feel that. We are all here to gain experience and feel joy, and that is not as difficult as it seems at first! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dear Peter, I arrived with burnout. During this very valuable time in your course, I was able to become more and more who I am! Now I am taking myself home with me. Thank you very much for that! Dear Peter! It's already been a week since our "spiritual recharging in the monastery" weekend, but the effect of the profound experience we were able to have there is still lasting! We feel each and every member of the group, as if we were still connected by the ribbon you gave us on the first day in the forest.
We learned about different types of meditation, i.e., feeling spiritually free, without dogma, without right and wrong... But that is exactly what brought us closer to ourselves, our divine core, the meaning of life, and all living things around us. Added to this was the experience of the magical nature of the fairytale Odenwald forest.
We feel like we have become part of it... we are lost for words, we can only say: Thank you, Peter, for guiding us part of the way, for accompanying us with your humor, your empathy, joy, and attention to each of us!
Richly blessed with inner peace, serenity, and spiritual freedom, with trained senses for the essential things in life, we have returned to everyday life, which we can now view with slightly different eyes... With deep affection and great gratitude Emilia & Artur/ Munich --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hello Peter, I would like to give some brief feedback on the weekend seminar "Time for me! – Recharge your batteries in the monastery." I really enjoyed the seminar, the monastery, and the surroundings. During the seminar, even my cold-related tooth and jaw pain subsided.
But the most important thing for me was that I was actually able to leave my feelings of guilt about the death of my horse behind in Wald-Michelbach. I definitely didn't believe that would happen, and I am infinitely grateful for it. Best regards,
Angelika Angelika.S./Darmstadt --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you very much, Peter, for the indescribable days. I experienced a journey into my inner self, a journey into the world of Peter's meditation – indescribable moments.
A mystical journey. A great teacher, I would even say a great master, who loves and understands his craft. An impressive weekend has shown me clarity, foresight, changeability, the past, the here and now. Peter, as your motto says:
"The most beautiful things can only be experienced offline!" Thank you for the wonderful and inspiring days...it has helped me move forward. Warm regards to the team, it was lovely to be with you all. Jenny S., Waghäusel
