Day 1 SUNLIGHT ACTIVATION – SUN PYRAMID Meditations, sacred circles, and drumming (YANG)
1. Morning guided tour and active meditation on the north side of the Sun Pyramid, accompanied by sounds that attune to the frequencies of the tunnel network inside the pyramid 2. Guided tour of the prehistoric Ravne tunnel labyrinth with an initial meditation to connect with the energies, portals, and guardians of the tunnels
3. Shamanic drumming on the medieval walls of King Tvrtko's Old Town at the top of the Sun Pyramid 4. Followed by meditation in the sacred circle in the scalar wave emanating from the top of the Sun Pyramid (activation of the light body) 3rd, 5th, and 7th chakras, elements: fire, ether, wind
Duration: 1. 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., break: 1:00–3:00 p.m. 2. 3:00–4:00 p.m. and 3. and 4. 5:00–8:30 p.m. Day 2 MOONLIGHT ACTIVATION – MOON PYRAMID
Meditation, singing, drumming & ecstatic dance (YIN) 1. Morning walk, meditation and singing on the side of the moon pyramid facing the sun pyramid 2. Conscious walking meditation to the top of the moon pyramid directly after the morning meditation 3. Short tour of the excavation sites at the top of the moon pyramid. Meditation in the nearby forest in a sacred sphere, accompanied by wind chimes and heart chakra singing bowls, rounded off by ecstatic dance 4. Drumming and singing ceremony around the fire in the evening 5. Return to base 2nd, 4th, 6th chakra, elements: earth, water, ether, fire
Duration: 1. 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., 2. 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., break: 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 3. and 4. 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., 5. 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Day 3 STAR GATE ACTIVATION – TUMULUS VRATNICA (As above, so below) 1. Tour of the excavation sites at Tumulus Vratnica
2. Sacred circle meditation followed by a shamanic ceremony (incense sticks, tobacco ceremony, shamanic drumming and toning) at the summit of the tumulus with wind chimes, singing bowls and gong. 3. Silent meditation in the prehistoric Ravne tunnels with mantra chanting and toning to integrate and seal the energies.

Day 4 LOVE RAY ACTIVATION – PYRAMID OF LOVE (EARTH/PRANA) Meditations, singing bowls & singing love songs 1. Morning hike and walking meditation to the Pyramid of Love
2. Sacred circle, silent meditation of love accompanied by shamanic rituals (incense, wind chimes, bells, etc.) 3. Individual meditation 4. Singing love songs, initiated by Alma and Tayfun and continued by volunteers from the group around a fire (dancing encouraged!)
5. Rounded off with feedback, experience reports, and resolutions/wishes of the group 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th chakras, elements: earth, air, ether, fire Duration: 1. 9:30-10:30 a.m. 2. and 3. 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 4. 12:00-1:00 p.m. 5. 1:00-1:30 p.m. Day 5 ASCENT OF DRAGON ENERGY & GAIA GROUNDING – PYRAMID OF THE DRAGON (KUNDALINI) / MOTHER EARTH (GROUNDING)
Meditation, singing, drumming & dancing 1. Morning hike and conscious walking meditation to the Dragon Pyramid 2. Drum ritual with meditation 3. Sacred circle of the ascending dragon with OM mantra
4. Individual meditation with gong 5. Rounded off with feedback, experience reports and resolutions/wishes of the group 6. Drive/hike to the banks of the Fojnica River 7. Grounding of the serpent energies on the banks of the Fojnica River directly opposite the Temple of Mother Earth
