In this retreat, we will guide you with specially developed exercises to gain a deeper perception of the natural environment and to experience the effect that this connection and "being fully present" has on yourself.
We use the practice of forest bathing (or shinrin-yoku) and the practice of mindfulness as a basis. This fruitful combination can effortlessly open you up to the healing effects of the forest.

Why Shinrin-yoku?
Decades of scientific research have shown that forest bathing significantly reduces stress symptoms, strengthens the immune system and promotes a holistic sense of well-being.

Why mindfulness?
Mindfulness and its qualities such as presence, beginner's mind, open, non-judgmental awareness and kindness to oneself is a wonderful approach that opens and facilitates access to nature and at the same time trains mindfulness itself.
Mindfulness in nature involves getting in touch with nature directly through the senses, in a very personal, meaningful and emotional way.

The rooms at the Ze del Pino are all newly renovated and have a private bathroom. There are 3 categories, each bookable either as a double room (double bed or 2 single beds) or single room.
The room prices are included in the total package. The price of the total package varies depending on the room category selected.

Catering

All meals are freshly prepared with ingredients directly from the agriturismo or locally sourced. The food is Italian and always vegetarian.

If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
