THE CONTENT
The participants spend more than two thirds of the seminar time in silence. At certain times during the seminar there will be
time for sharing and exchanging experiences. In addition, there will be individual discussions in which
questions and topics that arise during the silence and meditation can be named and deepened.

    Exercises to strengthen self-compassion
    the body scan
    walking meditation
    the active meditations
    METTA meditation
 
The individual exercise phases (sitting, lying down and mindful YOGA exercises) rarely last longer than 45 minutes.
The morning active meditations have a duration of 60 minutes, in which movement, breathing and silence alternate,
breathing and stillness alternate.
 
Lectures
In addition to the detailed instructions for the respective meditations, short talks are given,
which deal with the everyday challenges of our lives,
enrich this seminar.

    14:00 to 16:00 Break and individual discussions

    16:30 to 19:00 MBSR meditation structure with short breaks
    19:00 to 19:30 Evening snack
    19:30 to 20:15 Walking meditation
    20:15 to 21:00 Evening meditation (metta, tonglen, nadabrahma, heart meditation)

Seminar leader:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel and we each have over 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have been working as meditation teachers.
In our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna.  We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA and Europe and are very familiar with humanistic psychology and the approaches of NEURO meditation.
