-These six pillars form the foundation of the program
-Embodiment
%Embodiment refers to a state of being fully present and engaged in one’s physical body. It involves a deep and conscious connection between the mind, emotions, and the body. Embodiment also refers to bringing something from the subtler realms into the physical (a concept, idea, archetype, etc.).
-Energy practices
%These practices lay at the foundation of achieving spiritual transformation. Tantric practices focus on awakening and balancing the chakra, which helps in achieving physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Besides focused awareness, you’ll be using the three keys to energy: sound, breath, and movement.
-Shadow work
%Tantra invites you to see yourself and turns everything that is not yet love into love. Shadow work is an integral part of Tantra and is always present in each and every practice. Some exercises during this retreat are specifically designed to integrate your shadow and turn it into power and insight.
-Meditation
%The practice of Tantra is always to cultivate an open-hearted presence and bring this into everything you do. When you are in a state of loving awareness, the divine will reveal itself to you and through you. Whatever comes into your field of open-hearted presence will be transformed.
-Conscious connection
%Get to know yourself through a meeting with others. Every person will provide you with a different reflection of yourself. During this retreat, you’ll be invited to work with others (in pairs, groups, or at times the whole group). You’ll learn tools and skills to feel safe in relating and to initiate deeper intimacy.
-Ritual
%Rituals serve as a way to purify the body and mind. In Tantra, the body is seen as a temple, and the mind as a tool for spiritual evolution. Rituals can be used to cleanse any physical, emotional, or energetic impurities. They provide a framework through which to invoke sacredness in ordinary actions.
