- Afterwards: End the evening in the Feelbar | Alternatively, enjoy a short sauna session or visit the thermal baths until 10:00 p.m. Thursday - 3:30–4:00 p.m.: Welcome in the fireplace lounge with yoga tea and introduction to the retreat
- 4:30–6:00 p.m.: Opening ceremony and gentle yoga flow - From 6:00 p.m.: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich vital foods on our buffet (salad variations, vegetarian hot dishes & soups, moor bread and a vegan dessert to finish))
- Afterwards: End the evening in the Feelbar | Alternatively, enjoy a short sauna session or visit the thermal baths until 10:00 p.m. - In the afternoon: Medical check-up to determine suitability for moor mud treatments + full-body massage (individual appointments)
Friday - From 7:00 a.m.: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, large selection of rolls (including vegan) with light spreads) - 8:00–9:00 a.m.: Nordic walking in the Wurzacher Ried
- 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Introduction to Synergy Yoga - 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Health lecture - 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Somatic Yin Yoga - From 6:00 p.m.: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich vital foods on our buffet (salad variations, vegetarian hot dishes & soups, moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish)) - Followed by: Use of the thermal baths and sauna, time for spa treatments (exfoliation, massages, etc.), hiking in the Ried, cycling in the surrounding area, fitness club, or sports courses at the resort
- Moor bath (prerequisite: suitability for moor baths; scheduled individually for each participant) Saturday - from 7:00 a.m.: Vitality breakfast (we recommend our seeds, nuts, muesli, and natural quark products, large selection of bread rolls (including vegan) with light spreads)
- Morning: Free time - 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Yoga Flow - 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Creative time out - 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Yoga & Sound, closing ceremony - From 6:00 p.m.: Dinner (we recommend the alkaline-rich vitality foods on our buffet (salad variations, vegetarian hot dishes & soups, moor bread, and a vegan dessert to finish) - Afterwards: End the evening in the Feelbar | Alternatively: Time to Spa - a short sauna session or visit to the thermal baths until 10:00 p.m. Sunday
