In autumn, there is nothing more beneficial than spending a few cozy days with Ayurveda, yoga and self-care. And so in this retreat we will welcome the seasonal change, which is all about regeneration and rejuvenation - the principle of Rasayana in Ayurveda.
We will create a sense of inner curiosity, softness and openness in each of us through creative Ayurveda workshops, varied and nourishing yoga practice, herbal healing, Ayurveda cooking workshop, refreshing country walks, campfire, sauna, delicious meals and warm people.
In Ayurveda teachings and hands-on / cooking workshops we dive into the wisdom of Rasayana regeneration in theory and practice. You will learn how Ayurveda can help you achieve more radiant joie de vivre, new vitality and resistance in a short space of time and support you in your self-care. With the help of Ayurvedic routines and rituals, you will strengthen yourself, reconnect with your inner rhythm and achieve physical and mental balance.
During the yoga practice, you will learn how to align your body, get in touch with your deep breath and rediscover your subtle body awareness. Security and intimacy in your body can come to life. In the meditations, you will become familiar with the nature of your mind. You will learn to shift your attention from your mind to your body and connect with your heart and abdomen. You will be accompanied by the flow of your breath.
Rasayana is a special form of traditional Indian healing art that focuses on rejuvenating the body and restoring the mind and emotions. The retreat is about experiencing a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic Rasayana principle and restoring the right balance between body, mind and soul.

RETREAT LANGUAGE
I speak both German and English. All group activities are conducted in German. Private Ayurveda consultations and Ayurveda nutritional consultations can be held in English on request.
