She is also a 50-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainer, Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainer, 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Transformational Breathwork Coach, Sound Healer and Power Plant Ceremonial Space Holder. She is also a bodyworker, hypnotherapist and spiritual lifestyle coach.

The Austrian Alps invite you to take unforgettable walks and hikes through breathtaking nature with babbling brooks. In our magical place, which radiates a very special energy, you can simply switch off, relax and just be.
The accommodation is a cozy, creatively decorated Styrian house. It offers inviting communal areas with various retreats and a kitchen with tea and drinks. The perfect environment to relax. Meals are taken in a separate house just a few minutes' walk away. There is always something new to discover in these artfully decorated houses. You can choose between twin or double rooms. Single occupancy is possible for a surcharge.

In our lovingly renovated old barn, you can expect delicious brunches and dinners that are all about sustainability. We serve vegetarian dishes that are organic and locally sourced whenever possible. If you have any special intolerances, please let us know when booking so that we can cater to your needs. Tea, water and a selection of fresh fruit are available around the clock so that you can enjoy something whenever you feel like it. Let yourself be enchanted by the cozy atmosphere of the barn.

Our daily schedule is designed to be relaxed to help you settle into your own natural rhythm. It is flexible and adjusted as needed to ensure everyone can enjoy the best experience. Immerse yourself in gentle movements, experience deep release and soothing stillness, supported by the EE system.

Narzissen Therme Salzwasser Spa is only a short drive away. The highlight of the spa is the large salt crystal and the salt grotto. A visit to the spa is the perfect complement to the EESystem™ to support the detoxification and cleansing process. Alternatively, the Grimming Therme is also within walking distance.
