Immerse yourself in the world of Ayurveda – weekly retreat starting every Saturday. During our Ayurveda Week, we invite you to discover the ancient healing art of Ayurveda, the “science of longevity,” in a mindful and personalized way.
After a personal consultation, you’ll discover your individual dosha type and your bioenergy. To support you, we’ll provide a small Ayurveda book and help you understand what your body and mind truly need to find balance and live a healthy, harmonious life in the long term. Our retreat combines the wisdom of Ayurveda with soothing movement, stillness, nature, and deep relaxation.

Traditional Abhyanga massages and treatments from the Ayurvedic healing arts promote the body’s regeneration, calm the nervous system, and support your natural balance. You’ll receive personalized recommendations, rituals, and Ayurvedic insights that can guide you in your daily life. The program is complemented by daily yoga asanas, meditation, and plenty of time to relax. The result is a week in which your body and nervous system can find peace and new vitality can emerge. Between treatments, yoga, and meditation, there is plenty of time to enjoy the special atmosphere of this place: swimming in the sea, exploring nature, or simply relaxing by the pool with a view of the ocean. At the end of the yoga retreat, you will experience a cacao ceremony with sound healing.

Renate, our founder—a seasoned therapist and visionary—established this place in 2018 as a gathering spot for people from East and West to learn, grow, heal, and simply be at peace.

Tamina: Our Retreat Leader Since leaving Germany in 2017, Tamina has been living in Bali and has been our retreat leader at Prana Veda since 2018. In her work, she combines yoga, meditation, aquatic bodywork, and sound healing—methods that represent a deep source of presence, healing, and connection.
With an open heart and a keen sense of the participants’ needs, she guides people on their journey toward greater inner clarity and vitality. Nateea is our second retreat leader and brings her international experience as a yoga teacher to this magical place. She discovered yoga in 2016 through meditation, and since then, it has become an integral part of her life. With over 500 hours of training in various yoga styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga, she combines strength and gentleness and holds a loving space where you can simply be yourself. Her intention is to guide you in reconnecting with yourself and your inner radiance.

Our Cuisine at Prana Veda Bali Our cuisine is an important part of the retreat experience. Fresh, healthy meals are prepared daily with love and care. Many ingredients come from our own organic garden or are selected fresh at the local market. Herbs, vegetables, tropical fruits, and spices combine health with culinary delight.
Enjoy homemade bread, fresh juices and smoothies, tropical jams, and fish caught fresh by local fishermen. Our meals are served in an open-air Balinese bale overlooking the pool and the sea—a place of tranquility, connection, and enjoyment. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and Ayurvedic options are, of course, available.
