Traditional Abhyanga massages and treatments from the Ayurvedic healing arts promote the body’s regeneration, calm the nervous system, and support your natural balance. You’ll receive personalized recommendations, rituals, and Ayurvedic insights that can guide you in your daily life. The program is complemented by daily yoga asanas, meditation, and plenty of time to relax. The result is a week in which your body and nervous system can find peace and new vitality can emerge. Between treatments, yoga, and meditation, there is plenty of time to enjoy the special atmosphere of this place: swimming in the sea, exploring nature, or simply relaxing by the pool with a view of the ocean.
