Summary

Finding the essential in simplicity

How wonderful would it be to immerse yourself in the quiet halls of a monastery for 6 days and use the outer silence to find inner peace? This is exactly what awaits you on my 6-day silent retreat in a monastery.

My aim is to pave the way to your inner silence under professional guidance. I have been inspired by the proven MBSR concept and offer you a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditations, reflections, sensory experiences, mindful yoga, body scan, walking meditations and the exploration of your own world of thoughts. These days are designed to give you space for personal development and deep relaxation.

For me, practicing mindfulness is more than just a method - it is a path to inner peace, serenity and well-being. This retreat is aimed at people who have completed an MBSR course or have already completed a multi-day retreat.

Throughout the retreat, there is also the opportunity to take advantage of individual coaching sessions if required.

The cost of the retreat is € 450 for the seminar leader
plus accommodation with full board for 545,-€

You can be sure to experience a pleasant atmosphere in which you feel comfortable and can concentrate fully on your inner journey. The maximum number of participants is 12, and the retreat can take place with a minimum of 8 participants.

Please note that the registration deadline is 01.07.25. Register today and treat yourself to this valuable time-out for body, mind and soul!
