On the day of arrival at 6 p.m., we’ll have dinner together and go over a few general guidelines regarding meals and the daily schedule for the vacation.
In the morning, usually at 9 a.m., we go for a walk (about 10,000 steps). The Taunus Pottery Studio is located in the heart of the idyllic Taunus region. We can set out directly from the front door and walk a different route each day, radiating out from the studio. Breakfast is served at 11 a.m., preferably consisting of fruit, nuts, yogurt, and oatmeal. On Wednesdays after breakfast, there is time for excursions in the surrounding area.
At 1 p.m., we start pottery for about 3 hours.
Anyone who’d like to can cook with me. At 6 p.m., we have a hot dinner. Afterward, you can play some games (we have a well-stocked game cabinet) or just sit together and relax.
On Wednesdays, there is free time between meals—perfect for an outing, for example. There are also lovely places to visit in the surrounding area on Sundays before and Saturdays after your trip.
A tennis court (2 km away) is available for play (5 EUR/hour); rackets, etc., are provided.
