UnderDogs Retreat
Sanilhac, France
$1,384 / 5 Days
This isn’t your typical retreat for unwinding. You’ll spend time outdoors—alone, with me, or with the dogs—and use that time to address issues you’ve been putting off in your daily life. Not in theory, but right there on the spot. Each day is tailored to you and your needs: activities in nature, silence, reflection, or conversations—always with a clear focus on nature-based mentoring.
Nature-based mentoring refers to a form of guidance in which personal issues are not only discussed but experienced in a real-world context. Nature, movement, and working with dogs create conditions that reveal what doesn’t fit or is unclear in your own life situations—and what it’s really all about.
Why people come:
- You’re constantly exhausted, even though nothing “special” is happening
- You’re functioning, but you no longer have a clear goal
- You’ve been putting off decisions for weeks or months
- Your mind is constantly racing and won’t settle down
- You no longer know what you’re actually working toward
What we do exactly:
– You make decisions on the spot instead of putting them off any longer
– We talk about your real-life situation (job, stress, unresolved issues)
– I ask you questions you’ve been avoiding
– You use movement and the surroundings to break out of your rumination
– You get direct feedback—clear and unvarnished
What makes this retreat different:
🌲 No set program, but rather working on what’s really on your mind right now
🌲 Not a break just to “get away,” but time to sort things out
🌲 Conversations that go beyond the surface
🌲 Outdoor activities that pull you out of your usual routine
The most important facts in a nutshell:
