7-day detox, silent and MBSR compact on Mallorca "Vacation in BEING"

The townhouse is located in Petra, in the heart of Mallorca, between Inca and Manacor. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 participants in 4 spacious rooms, all of which have their own bathroom and toilet.The rooms are equipped with oversized beds and were completely modernized in 2019. The house is fully equipped with heating and each room also has air conditioning. A cozy patio, a large roof terrace with a great view over the countryside and a ZEN_garden, with a long walking pool, complete your stay.

CORONA information
We want to offer you and ourselves the security of taking part in our courses at a respectful distance and in accordance with the hygiene guidelines. We have also equipped ourselves with one of the most modern IONEN air exchangers. This will clean the air in the group room permanently and almost silently with the help of a special virus filter. We will make sure that breaks take place outside and that additional shock ventilation is carried out.

All meals are vegetarian, Ayurvedic and vegan. We are happy to take any intolerances into consideration. The mindful aspect of nutrition is important to us and is therefore also part of the mindful approach in this course. We only use organic food that is grown on Mallorca.

In addition to the main meals, drinks and snacks will be provided for in between. The diet is wholesome, Ayurvedic, vegetarian and vegan. You decide what you want to eat, your habits and preferences. Almost anything is possible and you tell us your wishes.

We discuss excursions to the surrounding area, to the seaside or to the popular weekly markets with the participants on site. In the village itself there are beautiful hiking trails, small museums and a charming market square that invites you to linger. Visiting Palma by train is possible in a relaxed way and is certainly a great experience. The natural beach of Colonia de Sant Pere is 20 km away and can be easily reached by car.

ARRIVAL
The flight and transfer costs are not included in the tour price! A transfer to the finca is usually with other participants.
You arrive at the beginning of the course at 16:00 and depart at the end of the course by 10:00.
We are happy to organize a transfer. The public transportation options are also very good. You take the train from Palma directly to Petra. The journey takes you through the beautiful areas of the interior of the island.
