Ladan Soltani
Ladan is an ethereal yoga teacher who embodies the essence of traditional Eastern philosophy in her teachings. She guides students beyond the physical practice, weaving ancient wisdom, breathwork, and meditation into a deeply transformative experience.
Her journey led her to complete intensive yoga training at Sivananda in the Himalayas in 2007, followed by Ashtanga training in San Francisco in 2008. This immersion in traditional yoga inspired her to teach in a way that nurtures both body and soul.
As a respected wellness expert, Ladan has written for Health & Fitness, OmYoga, Huffington Post, and Balance Magazine. She has also spoken and led workshops at major wellness events such as Vitality and Mind, Body, Spirit.
In 2010, she launched her book and DVD, Fabulous Fitness at 40, promoting a holistic approach to well-being. The success of her book led to a TV series aired on Body in Balance and other global networks.
Ladan founded Yoga-Meditation Retreats, offering transformative retreats across the UK and Europe. Her annual Christmas & New Year retreats in the Canary Islands were featured in The Guardian’s "10 Great Christmas Getaways" in 2024.
Recognized for her contributions to yoga and well-being, Ladan has received multiple awards, including the Ealing Business Award and the Prestige Award. Her dedication to sharing authentic yoga continues to inspire many on their journey to self-discovery.
