You will learn how to independently and practically apply various tools and exercises that support your independence and help you to bring about long-term change in your everyday life. Particularly well-known from the process is the dynamic breathing meditation, Quantum Light Breath Meditation, QLB.

We start the day with a group yoga session before breakfast at 8:00 a.m. After breakfast, the Clarity morning program runs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Afterwards, you can enjoy a long lunch break followed by a walk in the beautiful countryside in the fresh mountain air.

In the afternoon, the Clarity Session takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the beautiful seminar room and outdoors. After dinner, we have another Clarity Session from 8:15 p.m. to around 9:30 p.m.

You will learn how to independently and practically apply various tools and exercises that support your independence and will later help you to bring about long-term change in your everyday life. Although we work in a group and the energy and dynamics of the group process provide valuable support, the actual work is done on an individual and personal level.
