During the health week in our house on Mallorca, you will learn about the Indian healing art of Ayurveda as well as the essential aspects of MBSR. Based on the Indian healing art of Ayurveda, you will learn to be mindful of your body. In addition to deep rest and relaxation, you will have the opportunity to have an exciting and unusual encounter with yourself. You will encounter the deeper layers of your being in mindfulness.
These layers are free of blockages and superficial behavioral patterns and allow you to experience new levels of body awareness and well-being. In a very personal setting, you will get to know your constitutional type in terms of the doshas from Ayurvedic teachings.
The focus of this week is on (re)discovering your own inner balance. After the individual constitution type has been determined for each participant according to Ayurvedic health teachings, self-massage and detoxification help to cleanse the body.
You will get to know Ayurvedic cuisine up close. We plan to prepare meals together with the group so that you can take practical tips and tricks home with you. The theoretical knowledge will be presented in short impulse lectures according to the Ayurvedic "Dosha" teachings.
A light Ayurvedic diet then enables the body to experience this week with ease. Mindfulness exercises, meditations and light YOGA sequences strengthen the body. A day of silence helps to recognize and let go of the ballast of thoughts, so that peace and relaxation can also enter the mind.
