Immerse yourself in the beautiful French countryside and embark on a transformative journey through the individual chakras.

The "7 Chakra Journey Retreat" is a week-long experience that will help you reconnect with your energy centers and bring balance and harmony to your mind, body and soul.

Each day we will focus on one of the seven chakras and guide you through ancient practices that promote healing, clarity and self-awareness.

Led by a team of three highly qualified teachers - each with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and specializations in Ayurveda, sound healing and holistic therapies - we will expertly guide you every step of the way on your chakra journey.

Classes are taught in English. However, our teachers also speak French, German and Spanish and can help with translation at any time.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in two villas nestled in the 1.2 hectare park. There are different room categories from luxurious single rooms with private terraces to comfortable and generously furnished multi-bed rooms (all single beds). Depending on the category, there are private or shared sanitary facilities.

Catering

We have a cook on site who is a trained nutritionist and will provide us with a freshly prepared selection of delicious, healthy food every day.

The price of the retreat includes the following:
You will enjoy a healthy breakfast snack with fruit, a rich and wholesome brunch and dinner as well as water, coffee and a selection of teas provided throughout the day.

All meals are as regional as possible, completely organic and vegetarian/vegan. There is no industrial sugar. If you have any intolerances, you can let us know during the registration process and we will take this into account.

We will be happy to help you find transportation to the retreat house. We will provide you with the timetables for the bus from the airport to Brignoles, Place Clémenceu, via the Gare routière Aix-en-Provence, so that you can get to the retreat center comfortably. The journey takes about 1:45 - 2 hours

From Aix en Provence TGV station L040- Gare routière Aix-en-Provence Ler60 to Place Clémenceu, Brignoles.

We will be happy to help you find a transfer to the Retreat Center. We will provide you with the timetables for the bus from Aix-en-Provence TGV station to Brignoles, Place Clémenceu so that you can get to the retreat center in comfort. The journey takes about 70 minutes.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 10% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation by the participant:
If you decide to cancel your participation in the yoga retreat, please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the nature of our retreat and the limited number of participants, we are unable to offer refunds of deposits paid for cancelations.
