+ Time for relaxation, massages, reading, walks

Cacao ceremony

+ Morning meditation
+ energizing Vinyasa Yoga
+ Ayurvedic breakfast (or brunch)
+ Time for relaxation, massages, reading, walks — perhaps even a bath
+ 1:1 Yoga (optional, available upon request)
Evening: Grounding Yin / Restorative / Nidra practice
Dinner
Sunday
+ Morning meditation
+ Strengthening and balancing yoga
+ Walks / Departure around 11:00 a.m. (you may also stay longer—by arrangement)
There is plenty of time for rest, conversation, yoga, and simply BEING. Relax. Take a walk in the surrounding nature reserve. There’s even a small beach nearby.

- Bring your own bedding or book it as an add-on
- On-site sauna (you’ll need €2 coins)
- There is also a small pool and sun loungers
Getting there: You can travel by bus and train if you’re not coming by car.
