Our retreat follows a pleasantly structured rhythm: Impulses for clarity, time for exchange, elements from coaching and psychology as well as phases of rest, nature and integration. This creates development without pressure - and change that really suits you.
**Day 1 - Arrival, orientation, grounding**
We start together in a relaxed atmosphere, get to know the group and create a safe framework.
You will have the opportunity to consciously reflect on your current position:
Where are you right now? What issues are moving you? What do you want for your life and your future?
The first day is about arriving - in the room, in yourself and in your direction.
**Day 2 - Recognizing strengths, developing a vision**
We focus on your resources, skills and strengths.
You discover what drives you internally and what is important to you.
Your vision grows from these personal foundations - clearer, more tangible and authentic instead of idealized.
Between the course units, there is time for nature, wellness or quiet reflection.
**Day 3 - Concretizing ideas, shaping the next steps**
We translate your vision into action: What needs courage? What needs structure? What needs time?
Using creative methods and individual support, you will develop the first steps and decisions that feel feasible and coherent.
The day strengthens orientation, inner security and self-efficacy.
**Day 4 - Integration, conclusion, outlook**
We secure your insights and connect them with your everyday life so that the effect remains.
You formulate personal commitments for your path.
We conclude the retreat mindfully and together.
