You will be provided with accommodation, nestled in nature, where you can experience the silence, yet you will still be involved in a protected space. I will provide you with home-cooked, organic, vegetarian or vegan wholefood meals every day. You will put down your cell phone and come to rest immediately. You have the opportunity to meditate outside or in the dark, practise yoga, go for a walk, paint, sing or make music. We spend an hour 1 to 1 together every day to reflect on your life and let your visions emerge.
With the help of inner constellations, regression therapy and guided meditations, we dedicate ourselves to your inner parts, such as your inner child, and integrate them. Everything happens with your own self-determination.
