Yoga can help us to re-center ourselves through guided meditation and the interplay of physical exertion and relaxation. The mind is gradually cleared. Mindful energy exercises aim to empower the body to heal itself by activating the meridian pathways, getting the chakras flowing and, above all, grounding ourselves. Those who are connected to Mother Earth live healthier, more energetic and more at peace with themselves.
In special exercise units, we focus on the flow of energy in our body (meridian pathways according to TCM and chakras from yoga philosophy), on movements in our mind (thought patterns) and on our emotions. The triumvirate of body - mind - soul is addressed holistically in these sessions. Various techniques from kinesiology, vibration theory (placing singing bowls and tuning forks), shamanism and TCM are used.
The body experiences faster cell regeneration and self-healing powers are activated. You will immediately feel more energy, vitality and vitality and find your inner balance!
