Meals are not included, so please bring your own.
On Saturday, there are several takeout restaurants in the area.
On Sunday, we recommend bringing your own food or picking something up near the train station.

Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Aerial Yoga Weekend is included in the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. You’ll join the group but aren’t required to participate in the Teacher Training. You’re welcome to attend the Anatomy Module. If interested, you can also register for the 50-hour Aerial TT with certification and purchase the course materials separately.

The studio is centrally located in Lucerne, about an 8-minute walk from Lucerne train station, making it easily accessible on foot.

There are also several bus routes, and the bus stop is right in front of the building.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the lake.
