Located on the shores of Lake Scharmützelsee is the Precise Resort Bad Saarow—a modern wellness hotel nestled in nature, surrounded by forests and water. This is exactly where our yoga retreat takes place: a place that combines peace and relaxation with unique experiences.

The resort offers ideal conditions for bringing body and mind into harmony. In addition to a private beach, you can look forward to a spacious spa area with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a steam room, a fitness area, and a wide range of classes. For those who want to stay active, there is also a golf club with three courses, tennis facilities, and a yacht academy. We’ll enjoy culinary moments together in the stylish restaurant with a terrace and a view of the lake.

This retreat is open to all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—and combines yoga with R&B music for a unique experience. The focus isn’t just on the practice itself, but also on relaxation: sleeping in, unwinding, enjoying yourself—and perhaps ending the day with a drink and live music.

Teacher:
Anais Telian is a Power Yoga teacher from Munich who incorporates R&B music into her practice and brings a long-standing background in the hospitality and tourism industries.

She has a personal connection to the Precise Resort Bad Saarow: she lived there for several years and knows the resort inside and out—from hidden favorite spots to the most beautiful jogging routes around Lake Scharmützel.

In her sessions, she combines dynamic Power Yoga flows with Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and deep guided meditations. A special focus is placed on working with the subconscious through elements of partial hypnosis—for greater clarity, relaxation, and lasting inner balance.

Special Guest:
Sarah Alles is an actress, voice artist, and experienced personal development coach. In addition to her training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, she has pursued intensive further education in psychology, systemic coaching, and other methods such as meditation and hypnosis. For over ten years, she has been guiding people on their path to greater clarity, self-confidence, and inner strength.

In her talk at the retreat, she will offer inspiring insights into goal-setting, releasing blockages, and the power of the subconscious mind.
