Yin is the definition of gentle, calm and steady. In addition to intensive stretching, you will experience deep relaxation and regeneration.

As a rule, we practise the powerful dynamic unit daily before breakfast. Gentle Yin Yoga follows in the afternoon. The program leader playfully incorporates background knowledge. This week is aimed at healthy beginners and advanced practitioners.
