The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Catering

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

In the creative units, you will learn different painting techniques and design on paper or canvas. Can't paint? In intuitive painting, skill and talent are irrelevant. Be generous: generous with colors, generous with shapes and generous with yourself. Discover what you want to express and let your inner impulses guide you. The joy of self-expression unfolds in a carefree way when working abstractly.

The meditation techniques that you will get to know during your time-out are very different: sometimes moving and active, then again sitting or with elements from MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction). Experience moments of concentrated contemplation.

Three sessions a day: meditation in the morning, painting and short guided meditations in the morning until the early afternoon, meditation in the evening. The afternoons are at leisure. One session each on the day of arrival and departure.

The material costs (approx. € 60) are to be paid on site.

From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbacher Bundesstraße to Altenfelden
From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 20 days before arrival, you will receive a 70% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 4 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, you will receive a 15% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
