Meditative painting and resilience in Refugium Prignitz with up to 6 participants.
I have chosen a remote yet central location for this retreat: a retreat center in Prignitz. I believe that this is the right place for our retreat "Meditative Painting with Accompanying Coaching". A place in the middle of nature and yet so centrally located. Right next to the forest on the edge of the village, nestled in an oasis of wild herbs, we are invited to discover nature in its simplicity as a retreat and source of strength.
In my workshop, we want to use meditative painting to release life blockages, process emotions and make space for something new. So that life can succeed and we can get back on track with our lives. Meditative painting is a path that brings us into mindfulness and intimacy with ourselves. A path that opens up new sources of strength within us for more resilience for change. Even life crises can be seen as an opportunity.
Meditative painting is not about the result, but the process itself. You do not need any previous artistic knowledge. You follow your intuition, engage with your emotions and give them space to unfold. Your mind gets a break and you give free rein to your creativity. Detached from the result, you follow your impulses. This releases healing powers. Reconciliation with yourself and your life becomes possible and new things can emerge. This process, which you courageously embark on, has a cleansing and organizing effect.
Be amazed at what emerges at the end and release new sources of strength within you.
