Exploring the qualities of light artistically is a special experience, and I warmly invite you to join me for this art therapy seminar weekend. Using various methods, materials, and artistic encounters, we will embark on an inner journey that can touch and strengthen the light within you.

At the beginning, we will work together and individually to develop a point of view from which a theme for further painting will emerge. The introduction to light-darkness work with charcoal opens up the space for this.

Throughout the weekend, materials such as pastel chalks, watercolors, and plant-based paints will be available. Painting with art therapy guidance creates a valuable group bond while allowing you to follow your own individual path in your encounter with yourself. The light-filled seminar room offers us a pleasant atmosphere for the weekend.

The seminar setting is characterized by an atmospheric, warm atmosphere in which all participants are treated with care and respect and receive attentive support.
At the beginning, there is a round of introductions and a discussion of organizational procedures and details. An introduction to light and darkness work with charcoal opens up a space for finding individual themes for the weekend. Other painting materials and methods (watercolor, plant dyes, pastel chalks) are used individually.
There is a joint lunch break of approx. 1 hour. Between the artistic work phases, small exchange rounds in the group enrich the individual painting process. Painting opens up a space in the heart in mindful group connectedness. Seminar times: Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sun. 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
