Yoga gives us the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and, perhaps incidentally, to release physical or mental blockages through breathing and movement.
In the morning we practise pranayama and dynamic hatha vinyasa yoga. In the afternoon, yin and restorative yoga as well as meditation are on the program to increase well-being and complement the morning practice in a meaningful way.
In addition to the yoga sessions, we spend a lot of time outdoors in nature, hiking, unwinding and enjoying ourselves, the hotel's excellent cuisine, the swimming pond and pool and the fresh mountain air. This yoga retreat is suitable for anyone who is physically fit and wants to challenge themselves a little.
The yoga sessions are complemented by open discussions during our free time together or at mealtimes, where you can address your questions or, if you wish, receive suggestions for your home practice.
