Varied yoga and meditation program by trained and certified Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher
5 x activating, gentle Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga in the morning, 60 minutes each.
5 x relaxing and regenerating Yin Yoga in the evening, 90 min. each.
Guided relaxation techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training
Guided breathing techniques to activate in the morning and relax in the evening
