Arrival

🚗 Arrival & Getting in the mood The first day of your retreat is a day of conscious arrival. You can check into your booked room at the Biohotel from 4:00 p.m. and arrive in peace, unpack, and take a deep breath. At 5:00 p.m., we will open the space together with a loving retreat introduction and an intensive, feminine get-together with all participants, a gentle transition from everyday life to your being.

We recommend traveling by car so that you can arrive relaxed, flexible, and at your own pace. Even the journey to the Ammergau Alps is part of your trip—towards peace, space, and inner reflection.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 56 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation: As we prepare this special room for you in close consultation with the hotel and make a binding reservation, we ask for your understanding that you will also incur proportional cancellation fees in the event of cancellation:
For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, 20% of the seminar fee will be retained as a processing fee. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the seminar fee will be charged. For cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of the retreat, 80% of the seminar fee will be charged.
For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged. The costs for accommodation and meals will be billed separately by the retreat hotel. Please also note their cancellation policy. We recommend that you take out travel/seminar cancellation insurance so that you are covered in case of illness or unexpected events.
