INTENSIVE TRAINING
This workshop is for anyone who wants to delve deeper into mindfulness and meditation and experience more serenity, awareness and vitality. A particular focus is on lovingly addressing unpleasant feelings in order to dissolve old patterns of behavior and develop new alternatives for action. Scientifically proven and effective techniques from the fields of mindfulness, meditation, psychology and bodywork are taught. In a protected space, we can experience presence, inner wisdom, trust and connection. In addition to mindfulness and meditation, we can expect active and experience-oriented exercises that can lead to deeper self-awareness and healing.
