During the retreat, a varied program awaits you, featuring yoga, meditation, Reiki, forest bathing, nature experiences, as well as inspiring circles and moments of shared exchange. All elements are designed to support you in finding peace, grounding yourself, and sustainably strengthening your well-being.
A special highlight is our group hike through the beautiful forests of the Black Forest. On the idyllic paths along a river, we’ll enjoy the silence and power of nature, leave everyday life behind, and open ourselves to new clarity and inspiration. During the hike, we’ll also experience a heart-opening cacao ceremony that invites us to pause mindfully, deepen our connection with ourselves, and experience community in a mindful way.
Forest bathing is also part of our program. By consciously spending time in the forest, we sharpen our senses and immerse ourselves deeply in the atmosphere of nature. The rustling of the leaves, the scent of the forest, and contact with the earth help us release stress, find inner peace, and experience a sense of deep grounding.
Gentle yoga sessions promote flexibility, relaxation, and body awareness, while guided meditations and mindfulness exercises help you fully arrive in the present moment. Reiki meditations also offer the opportunity to experience deep relaxation, harmonize the flow of energy in the body, and strengthen your connection to yourself.
Inspiring evening circles deepen the retreat’s themes and provide valuable insights for greater mindfulness, self-care, and inner balance in daily life. You’ll take home not only restful memories but also practical tools that can help you integrate more calm, stability, and grounding into your daily life.

We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy retreat house in the Black Forest. There, you can expect lovingly prepared vegetarian and vegan meals made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. The house’s idyllic garden provides us with seasonal fruits and vegetables from our own garden, allowing us to experience our connection to nature through our food as well.

Possible Retreat Schedule*
Morning:
We begin the day with a soothing meditation and a gentle yoga session to mindfully activate body, mind, and spirit and start the day feeling energized. Afterward, we enjoy a healthy breakfast together. This allows plenty of space for conversation, reflection, and consciously being present in the moment
At noon
The midday schedule varies depending on the day’s program:
Theory, breathwork, and yoga flows to strengthen your connection to yourself and to nature
Free time for walks, relaxation, journaling, personal reflection, or individual Reiki sessions (bookable as an option)
Group excursion to the Wutach Gorge with a hike, nature experience, and a cacao ceremony by the riverbed
Afternoon & Evening
In the afternoon and evening, we gather in a safe space to integrate the day’s experiences. Grounding circles with Reiki meditations and mindfulness exercises invite you to find peace, let go, and recharge your energy.
Dinner is prepared together and enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. Afterward, we’ll wind down the day with a cozy get-together—singing together, sharing inspiring stories, or enjoying quiet moments by the campfire in the garden under the starry sky.
