Our lives are often faster than our breath. Between to-do lists, responsibilities and screen time, we sometimes lose our sense of self. This yoga retreat with Diarra Diop brings you back to yourself - through daily yoga practice, through movement with music, through questions that lead you inwards.
In the morning you start with a powerful yoga session - with a focus on alignment and stability. The body straightens up, the mind becomes clear. In the afternoon, you will flow through an inside flow accompanied by music - lively, rhythmic, liberating. The session ends with a relaxing yin practice in the golden light of the evening.
In between? Time for what nourishes you: Me-time on the beach, quiet walks, conversations that create connection or simply doing nothing.
Each session is accompanied by music - an additional impulse for depth, connection and presence.

Scope of the program:
From Sunday to Friday, there are three yoga sessions a day (approx. 4 hours in total). The arrival and departure days are program-free.
