This retreat invites you to take a healing step back to yourself - through conscious movement, closeness to nature and community.
We start the day in silence, with meditation, conscious breathing exercises or a gentle mindfulness walk at dawn.
Afterwards, a soothing yoga session (Hatha, Yin or Restorative) awaits you, tailored to the energy of the day and the group.
After breakfast together, you have space for yourself: to read, go for a walk, take a sauna or just be.
In the afternoon, we practise together again - with a focus on regeneration, letting go and deep relaxation.
A special highlight is our guided hike up the Spitzstein - accompanied by a certified mountain guide. Here we consciously connect with nature and inner stillness.
In the evening, we end the day with a short reflection or meditation.
There is enough space for retreat as well as for honest exchange in the group.
The retreat is suitable for beginners with basic to intermediate knowledge.
You decide for yourself at any time what you need - everything can, nothing must.
