Our MTB tours take you off the main roads to the most beautiful places, viewpoints and trails in the area. The combination of mountain biking and yoga ensures inner balance, physical well-being and relaxation. You will receive valuable tips from professional cyclist Rita during the riding technique training.

Requirements & info: the daily bike stages have a maximum duration of approx. 45 km. Helmets are compulsory on the bike tours.
You can either bring your own bike or hire one on site (payable on site).
Scope: 2 yoga sessions and guided bike tours every day. On the day of arrival and departure, one yoga session each and introduction and conclusion of the bike tour, one day (Wednesday) is bike-free.

- The Neufelden - Kleinzell - Untermühl loop includes trails and bike courses approx. 39 km & 900 m elevation gain
- Round Kirchberg - Danube cycle path to Untermühl, incl. viewing platform approx. 35 km & 750 m elevation gain
