What gives me stability when the outside world is in turmoil? How can I find my center again when everyday life is demanding? In this retreat, you will focus on your resilience—with mindful movement, conscious breathing, and experiencing nature as strengthening resources.
Gentle yoga combined with targeted breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques acts as an anchor for body and mind. Invigorating hikes through the Kalkalpen National Park bring grounding, expansiveness, and lightness. The conscious use of essential oils rounds off the program in a sensual way – they promote clarity, stability, and emotional balance.
This short break helps to regulate the nervous system, recognize your own limits, and recharge your batteries. You will take home effective tools to help you navigate stressful phases with greater serenity – supported by inner balance and a new connection to nature. Program scope: The program begins on the day of arrival at 4:00 p.m. with an initial yoga session.
On the following days, you can expect two sessions each day (yoga, hike, resilience training with oils). Hikes: max. 600 meters of elevation gain, approx. 2-2.5 hours uphill. There is plenty of time for rest, reflection, and enjoying nature. On the last day: closing session and departure after breakfast together.
