You step out of everyday life and get in touch with your creativity. Questions such as "Who am I?", "What are my strengths?", "What is really important to me?", "What are my visions and goals?" often have surprising answers and it is time to finally ask them.
Creative writing gives us the opportunity to visualize and sort our thoughts. Collages, as well as drawings and color blobs, provide us with the images to do this. These become effective where we cannot yet find words. In the retreat you can try things out, free from any criticism. In between there is time and space to explore the area and go hiking.
Program schedule:
Day 1: On the first day, you will get to know the group and immerse yourself in the first creative session with initial writing exercises and a collage.
Day 2: "What are my strengths?" On the second day, we identify our strengths and resources. We paint, draw and write about them.
Day 3: Simply be (creative) and be amazed is the motto of the third day. We use playful writing methods to awaken our creativity and practise mindful writing.
Day 4: "My wishes, goals and visions" On the fourth day, we look to the future, create a vision collage and focus on our wishes and goals.
Day 5: The last day is the day of the harvest. What can you take with you from the retreat into your everyday life?
Every morning you also have the opportunity to start the day with the morning pages (including a guided writing impulse). Writing and creative sessions in the morning and evening, 2 hours each. There is only one session on the day of arrival and departure.
