We meet at 12 noon on the first day and set off in carpools towards the hut. The hut is located in the middle of the wilderness, nestled in beautiful mountains, on a spacious, flat alpine pasture.

After getting to know each other, we set up our sleeping places - whether inside the hut or outside under the stars - and explore the surroundings a little. Together we prepare a good, healthy dinner, which we can enjoy around the campfire or in the cozy hut.

The next few days are your time out in nature. We spend the time with yoga and meditation to balance body and mind before we really switch off with Kneipp therapy and short hikes - perhaps even barefoot. Chilling by the campfire, becoming aware of your goals or mixing natural remedies - all optional, all relaxing. You can develop your skills in workshops on health, wilderness and survival or simply be creative. Grab your book, dangle your feet in the clear mountain stream and feel the stress fall away. Sleep under the sun, listen to the birdsong and simply treat yourself to some peace and quiet! You can paint a picture, do some carving or simply clear your head on a short hike. A relaxing massage provides an extra dose of relaxation.
