Who leads the retreat? You will be accompanied by Nico (psychologist, yoga teacher) and Ingmar (sports scientist, systemic coach). Our passion and expertise lies in the field of holistic health, which is exactly what awaits you at the BE Yourself Retreat. Together, we run the "Athletik Stube" in Munich.
