Summary

March 2026 to November 2026

Sometimes, when a bird calls
or the wind rustles through the branches
or a dog barks at the farthest farmstead,
then I must listen for a long time and remain silent.

My soul flees back,
to where, a thousand forgotten years ago,
the bird and the blowing wind
were like me and were my brothers.

My soul becomes a tree
and an animal and a weaving of clouds.
Transformed and strange, it returns
and asks me. How am I to answer?
(Hesse, September 1904)

The Essential
You look out and observe. You perceive the space around you, and the space senses you. You perceive and realize: “There is so much more,” hidden behind the veil of your mind, behind the manifest world. The Essence, the laws of life, the mysteries of life, the hidden foundation and meaning of our existence. Your essence, your core.

A Journey
Let us embark on a journey together to push these veils aside and look beyond the laws of matter. In this way, we approach those forces that underlie everything, that stand behind all material phenomena, which cannot be perceived or explained by our everyday senses or our mind.

Between the lines
Let us recognize the higher spiritual laws, the creative processes, the essence behind all that is visible. Just as we are able to read the invisible between the lines of a text, to sense the essence in the shapes and colors of a picture, to hear it between the notes of a piece of music, or to recognize the unspoken in facial expressions and gestures—so too are we able to discover and comprehend the essence behind the laws of matter.

When we see with the heart and speak with the soul, previously unknown doors open, waiting to be walked through, and new paths reveal themselves, eager to be taken.

Space for Transformation
The training modules are spaced three to five weeks apart. This interval allows you to calmly internalize the experiences and insights gained and integrate them step by step into your life. You then return to the training group—a safe space for exchange. There, we strengthen and support one another and draw new strength for the next steps in our development.
I see myself as your guide, supporting you in finding your own path and walking it with confidence.
You learn to see with your heart and speak with your soul. Your field of consciousness expands, fog lifts, and what was previously unknown becomes visible and perceptible.
You become mindful, and unimagined abilities that were previously hidden within you are allowed to emerge. New perspectives unfold, doors open, and untrodden paths reveal themselves—paths you are now ready to walk.
You learn to reconnect with your inner voice and to live from the heart in harmony with yourself and Mother Earth!
You are once again in pure being—in the essence of being human.

Target Audience
This training is for you if you wish to further your personal development. You already have a sense, an inkling, that there are many more dimensions of reality beyond the “visible,” manifest world.
You wish to get to know, explore, and understand these “invisible” worlds as a complement to your perception of the material world into which we have incarnated. You likely also wish to take both worlds—both interdependent and complementary poles—into account in your future actions as a human being, from the depths of your being.
However, the training is also aimed at anyone who would like to provide geomantic consultation and guidance to people and organizations in the future. The training is a first, major step toward a professional career as a geomancer, but it can also help you expand your professional scope as an energy practitioner.

Here’s what we’d love to see in you
Curiosity, a spirit of inquiry, and personal responsibility
Interest in group experiences
A passion for deep spiritual growth
Your presence in the here and now and your (eventful) journey to get there
Physical and mental health

Structure of the Geomancy Training

Fundamental Aspects of Geomancy
The first two modules, “Senses and Supersenses” and “The Ether,” introduce fundamental aspects of geomancy. These topics will serve as important tools in the subsequent modules of the training, helping us delve into the more advanced themes of geomancy.

On the Roots and Essence of Geomancy
The two modules, “The Great Mother Earth” and “The Sacred Place—Landscapes of the Goddess,” offer us deep insight into the spirituality and worldview of our ancient ancestors. For these people, the various aspects of modern geomancy were a matter of course and a lived, archaic practice. We bring landscape mythology to life. It explains to us the archetypal landscape forms and their manifestations in the form of mountains, hills, valleys, rivers, caves, and springs, which give the landscape its appearance and inner quality. We also embark on a geomantic search for traces in the landscape.

The Matrix of the Landscape
The “Space and Being Experience” module makes the center, the horizontal, and the vertical tangible. The center is the anchor and focal point of power. The Axis Mundi, the world axis, defines above and below. In the center, the sacred seven, the six directions converge, and space unfolds from the center. The center gives us orientation and security.

The World of Elemental Beings: Forms of Expression and Modes of Action in the Causal World
The world—indeed, the entire cosmos—is animated and imbued with elemental beings. Behind the manifest world lies the causal world. In this context, the central concepts and modes of operation of geomancy discussed in the previous modules suddenly become clear and easily comprehensible, and can be integrated into our daily lives in a far more intuitive and effective manner.

Applied Geomancy in Urban Planning
The module “Geomancy in the City” provides deep insight into applied geomancy and explains how early urban planners took into account site qualities, geomantic site forces, dimensions, forms, and proportions in urban planning. We sense the chora of the city in sacred buildings, in old streets, at fountains and watercourses, and at old wayside crosses and wayside shrines.

Applied Geomancy in Interior Design
The module “The Essence of the House – Geomantic Interpretation and Design of Living Spaces” brings us even closer to ourselves. We examine our house, our living space, our third skin. We learn about the sacred places within the home and how the home is integrated into cosmic and earthly forces. Geomantic design of living spaces utilizing existing local qualities, supported by symbols and rituals, as well as the incorporation of directional qualities, round out the weekend.

Applied Geomancy in Ritual Work
The module “The Power of Rituals – Creative Impulses for Changing Reality” brings us, at the conclusion of the training, closer to one of the central tools of applied geomancy. Rituals are a powerful symbolic language, symbolic actions, and interaction with the spiritual world. In this primal space, creative impulses are set in motion that manifest in everyday reality through the formative power of the etheric world and phenomena of resonance.
In addition, we will create our own personal geomantic ritual object, which will serve as a companion for your future energetic and geomantic work.

Organization and Schedule

Venues
The venues are selected to suit the respective seminar content and should be understood as a “base station” for the seminar weekend. An essential part of the training consists of the many different and special places we will visit during the individual seminar weekends.
They enable and facilitate the experience and application of what has been learned theoretically.

Schedule
The training begins in March 2026 and ends in November 2026. In total, we require approximately 29 days spread over 9 months.
The modules begin on the first day at 5:30 p.m. and end on the last day at approximately 3:00 p.m. Exceptions are listed separately. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there may be an evening session on a case-by-case basis.

Accommodations
Accommodation options are available directly at the event locations and will be communicated to participants—unless already specified—by March 1, 2026, at the latest. Unless otherwise agreed, participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations.

Group Size
The training group is limited to 12 people.

Training Leader:
Stephan Leiter, founder and owner of Raum und Mensch—School for Geomancy and Radiesthesia—will guide you through the training.

Accommodation

The location for the Ark was chosen deliberately: above the fog line and with a sweeping view. The visual journey takes us from Slovenia and Italy through Styria and back to Carinthia. The most striking peak is Triglav in the Julian Alps, rising to 2,864 meters. Turning westward from the Carnic Alps, the Dobratsch, Gerlitzen, Nockberge, and Niedere Tauern rise up. This view is fantastic, impressive, and soothing all at once. It’s no wonder that the rooms with panoramic views are among the favorites.

Catering

The menu features seasonal ingredients grown locally. For example: asparagus and strawberries in the spring. Leafy greens and cherries in the summer. Squash and apples in the fall. Root vegetables and dried fruits in the winter. Exceptions prove the rule. Then things get exotic—with passion fruit and dates at the breakfast buffet or pakoras, Indian vegetable fritters coated in batter, as a main course. Because we like to be a little crazy. And we were proud to be awarded the Grüne Haube in 1994 for our natural cuisine.
