Your morning begins with flowing qigong and deep meditation in front of a breathtaking mountain panorama. You feel your life energy awakening as your mind becomes completely still. After a hearty breakfast, you hike across moss-green slopes, leaving the burdens of the past months behind in the valley with every step. Your heart expands and opens to the pure joy of being.

Finally, a dip in the crystal-clear mountain lake acts like a reset button for your entire system. You return to your natural state of being: connected, alive, and fully in the moment. THIS RETREAT IS YOUR ANCHOR – WHEN THE WORLD BECOMES TOO NOISY

We combine the millennia-old wisdom of qigong and meditation with modern embodiment and the healing power of the Alps: ENERGY & EMBODIMENT: Out of your head, into your body. Through qigong and intuitive movement, we activate your life force, release blockages, and nourish your emotional well-being.

AWARENESS & SILENCE: Through guided meditations, deeply moving sound journeys by Tanja, and targeted nervous system resets, we silence the inner noise. You will learn to discover the silence behind your thoughts, which will gently and safely bring your mind back to its true home. NATURE & COMMUNITY: Joyful togetherness instead of lonely self-optimization. Mindful hiking and a protected exchange (max. 6 participants) strengthen your sense of connection. From brokenness to peace: At the age of 20, I was at rock bottom – physically due to a broken back and emotionally due to social anxiety. My journey took me from there to a place of deep peace and presence.

Light in grief: The loss of my partner taught me to keep my heart open even in the darkest moments and to find unexpected grace in it. I only share what I have experienced myself. In me, you will find a companion who bridges the gap between science and wisdom:

OUR CABIN IN THE HOCHZILLERTAL VALLEY A simple, beautiful place of power at 1,800 meters – built with love by my grandfather and equipped with everything we need for our time together. PRACTICE OUTDOORS & INDOORS: A large terrace invites you to practice in the open air. If the weather changes, the second terrace (with sun sail and rain cover) or the cozy interior offer plenty of space. FACILITIES: A comfortable living room invites you to linger and chat. There is electricity, hot water, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a quiet atmosphere for your own personal retreat.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: To maintain the exclusivity and depth of the work, the group size is limited to a maximum of 6 people. * 1 double room (comfort option) * 1 room with 2 bunk beds (four-bed room)

SNACKS: Fresh fruit and nuts are available for you at any time. SPECIAL REQUESTS: Do you have any food intolerances or special dietary requirements? Just let us know – we will be happy to adapt the menu for you. (We would be delighted if you would like to help out in the kitchen, but this is by no means a requirement.)

YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH THE DAYS WEDNESDAY: ARRIVAL From 4:00 p.m., a warm welcome at 1,800 meters. After dinner together at 6:00 p.m., we start our opening circle at 8:00 p.m. – our journey begins.

THURSDAY: GROUNDING – ROOTS DEEP IN THE EARTH We breathe in the tranquility of the mountains at the quiet sunrise. The morning practice with qi gong, free movement, and meditation allows you to find stability and primal power. This is followed by a mindful hike on the "Gedrechten" with our senses wide open. As a reset, we enjoy a swim in the clear mountain lake. In the evening, we enjoy a regenerating evening relaxation in deeply grounded tranquility with the wonderful sounds of Tanja. FRIDAY: POWER OF THE HEART – FEEL THE SUN SHINE WITHIN YOU
We start the day with a morning practice to open the heart and strengthen our connection to joy, love, and compassion. In the afternoon, we barbecue together by the fire and celebrate being with dancing, singing, and sounds under the open sky. The day ends with a deeply relaxing and nourishing rest period – resting in the heart and listening to lovely sounds.

SATURDAY: BEING – AS FAR AS THE SKY We practice qi gong and meditation in the vastness of the Zillertal Alps. We practice deep letting go, open our senses, and arrive in natural being. A hike with meditation allows us to become as wide and open as the sky. In the evening, we rest in the silence of pure being.

SUNDAY: SUMMIT HAPPINESS & INTEGRATION We watch the sunrise together on the summit. After this powerful experience, we explore the embodied unity of grounding, love, and presence. We focus on the transfer: How do you bring peace and clarity into your everyday life? Closing circle and farewell around 12:00 noon.

YOUR DAILY WELL-BEING RHYTHM: 6:00 a.m. - Sunrise meditation (once together at the summit) - completely voluntary, like everything else. 7:30 a.m. - Morning session with topics of the day 9:30 a.m. - Extensive gourmet breakfast
11:00 a.m. - Nature experience or time for yourself (2 group hikes) Noon - Packed lunch on the mountain or light meal on the terrace Afternoon - Session with topics of the day (adapted to the group energy)
6:00 p.m. - Dinner together 8:00 p.m. - Evening session & deep rest with topics of the day & sound accompaniment by Tanja SPACE FOR THE MOMENT: We leave room for spontaneous impulses: dancing, yoga, chanting or singing – we flow with the energy of the group. Bring your instrument! You are cordially invited to help shape the space musically and co-creatively. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE, NOTHING IS MANDATORY: Every offer is an invitation. You decide for yourself when you want to start or whether you want to sleep in. Flexible schedule depending on the weather and group energy.

Arrival

GETTING THERE: YOUR JOURNEY TO THE MOUNTAINS The hut is located above Kaltenbach in the Zillertal valley at approx. 1,800 m above sea level. CAR: You can drive right up to the hut. There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

TRAIN: Your destination station is Kaltenbach station in the Zillertal valley. TRANSFER (INCLUDED): We will be happy to pick you up at the station or organize a ride for you. This service is included in the price.

FLIGHT: Innsbruck (approx. 1 hour) and Munich (approx. 2 hours) are nearby. CARPOOLING: We will connect you with the other participants in advance in a WhatsApp group.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 180 days before arrival, you will receive a 90% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR BOOKING PRICES & ACCOMMODATION You can choose between three categories (prices include retreat program, full board, and accommodation):

* €590 | "Community" category (shared room) The attractive entry-level price for anyone who loves the authentic cabin feeling and group interaction. * €690 | "Comfort" category (double room) Our standard for friends, couples, or participants who want to share a cozy retreat for two.

* €990 | "Exclusive" category (single occupancy) Your own private retreat. A double room for single use for maximum peace and focus during the retreat. (Only 1 available!) PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To secure your place, a deposit of €100 is due immediately after booking. By making this payment, you accept the terms and conditions. Remaining payment: The remaining amount is due no later than 90 days before the start of the retreat. Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Please note: If the remaining payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and reallocate the place (the deposit will be retained as compensation for expenses). CANCELLATION & REFUND Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizer.

Refunds up to 180 days before the start: If you cancel at least 180 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a refund of your payments, minus a processing fee of EUR 50. No refunds less than 180 days before the retreat: As places are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 participants and we incur fixed costs at an early stage due to the logistics at an altitude of 1,800 meters, there is generally no entitlement to a refund for cancellations less than 180 days before the start. YOUR OPTIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION (LESS THAN 180 DAYS):

Replacement participant: You can name a replacement participant at any time. In this case, you will not incur any cancellation fees. Goodwill in case of full occupancy: If we are able to fill the spot (full occupancy of 6 people on the start date), we will also refund the amount minus a processing fee of EUR 50.

OUR RECOMMENDATION: TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE Since unforeseeable events can happen to anyone, we strongly recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance. Your advantage: In the event of a last-minute cancellation (e.g., illness), your costs will be reimbursed by the insurance company.

Cost: Such insurance policies (e.g., ERGO or HanseMerkur) usually cost only about $40 for this retreat. This gives you and us the necessary security. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER (FORCE MAJEURE)

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a retreat—whether due to natural disasters, illness of the leader, or other unforeseeable circumstances—the following conditions apply: Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of your payments.

Rebooking: Alternatively, participants can transfer their payment to a future retreat (within 12 months). Disclaimer: We cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of travel expenses (e.g., train/flight). PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Liability notice: Due to its location at 1,800 m, the retreat involves specific alpine risks. The organizer accepts no liability for injuries, property damage, or loss of property. Group harmony: To protect the community, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the program without refund in the event of serious disruption of the peace.
