EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR BOOKING PRICES & ACCOMMODATION You can choose between three categories (prices include retreat program, full board, and accommodation):
* €590 | "Community" category (shared room) The attractive entry-level price for anyone who loves the authentic cabin feeling and group interaction. * €690 | "Comfort" category (double room) Our standard for friends, couples, or participants who want to share a cozy retreat for two.
* €990 | "Exclusive" category (single occupancy) Your own private retreat. A double room for single use for maximum peace and focus during the retreat. (Only 1 available!) PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To secure your place, a deposit of €100 is due immediately after booking. By making this payment, you accept the terms and conditions. Remaining payment: The remaining amount is due no later than 90 days before the start of the retreat. Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Please note: If the remaining payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and reallocate the place (the deposit will be retained as compensation for expenses). CANCELLATION & REFUND Cancellations must be made in writing to the organizer.
Refunds up to 180 days before the start: If you cancel at least 180 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a refund of your payments, minus a processing fee of EUR 50. No refunds less than 180 days before the retreat: As places are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 participants and we incur fixed costs at an early stage due to the logistics at an altitude of 1,800 meters, there is generally no entitlement to a refund for cancellations less than 180 days before the start. YOUR OPTIONS IN CASE OF CANCELLATION (LESS THAN 180 DAYS):
Replacement participant: You can name a replacement participant at any time. In this case, you will not incur any cancellation fees. Goodwill in case of full occupancy: If we are able to fill the spot (full occupancy of 6 people on the start date), we will also refund the amount minus a processing fee of EUR 50.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE Since unforeseeable events can happen to anyone, we strongly recommend that you take out seminar cancellation insurance. Your advantage: In the event of a last-minute cancellation (e.g., illness), your costs will be reimbursed by the insurance company.
Cost: Such insurance policies (e.g., ERGO or HanseMerkur) usually cost only about $40 for this retreat. This gives you and us the necessary security. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER (FORCE MAJEURE)
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a retreat—whether due to natural disasters, illness of the leader, or other unforeseeable circumstances—the following conditions apply: Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of your payments.
Rebooking: Alternatively, participants can transfer their payment to a future retreat (within 12 months). Disclaimer: We cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of travel expenses (e.g., train/flight). PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
By submitting your binding registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Health & Fitness: You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities (hiking, qi gong, meditation). Please contact me personally if you are unsure—we will figure it out together. Participation is at your own risk.
Liability notice: Due to its location at 1,800 m, the retreat involves specific alpine risks. The organizer accepts no liability for injuries, property damage, or loss of property. Group harmony: To protect the community, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the program without refund in the event of serious disruption of the peace.
