Summary

A very special break in a magical place, right by the sea, no cars, pure nature away from mass tourism. Twice a day in the mornings and afternoons, you will practise with two highly experienced yoga teachers and completely realign your body. Melanie teaches effective pelvic floor training and yoga for a stable center with intensive posture coaching for alignment and tension. You will train all your deep muscles and feel that your pelvic floor is a pulsating trampoline that supports your organs. Patricia specializes in slow-flow vinyasa yoga, yin and restorative yoga and integrates myofascial self-massage with tennis balls and acupressure. Qi Gong and meditation on the beach complete the program so that you can recharge your batteries and relax completely.

You will be fully catered for, in May there are fresh mangoes, bananas and papayas growing all over the finca and the vegetables and salad are also home-grown. There will be plenty of time to simply relax by the sea, go swimming and snorkeling.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
