Together we will create a very individual daily schedule for you that you can take with you and practise. Even after the retreat, I will stay by your side and support you whenever you need it.
Whether you want to focus your retreat vacation on your body or your mind or prefer a healthy mix is up to you. Everything is open to you:
For the body (Body)
Yoga: The power yoga I teach - in contrast to the classical teachings - allows you to customize positions, movement sequences and breathing techniques. Yoga that suits you.
Pilates: With strength exercises, stretching and conscious breathing, you strengthen your entire musculature, especially the deep supporting muscles. Thanks to correct and healthy posture, you will gain a whole new sense of strength.
Weight training: Exercises with and without weights build muscle and tone tissue. Strength increases and athleticism improves - both visually and physically.
Endurance sports: walking, running and cycling not only strengthen your heart, lower your blood pressure and help you lose weight: Endurance training also makes you happy! If you want more, you can try high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
TRX training: slings enable an effective full-body workout and are very trendy. The equipment has its roots in physiotherapy, but can now be found in every gym.
Water gymnastics: Exercise in water is as easy on the joints as it is effective. Working against the resistance of the water strengthens muscles, improves coordination and increases endurance.
Nutritional advice: Energy consumption (sport) and energy intake (nutrition) are two sides of the same coin. We analyze your eating habits, identify pitfalls and set the course for an enjoyable AND healthy diet in the long term.
Relaxation techniques: After tension comes relaxation. With the help of autogenic training, various breathing cycles, progressive muscle relaxation, imagination and body journeys as well as meditation (in Cape Town by the sea) we find peace.
For the mind
Team building with beliefs: We go on a journey of discovery into your mind. Be amazed at who else lives inside you. Let go of the old and find new treasures. Face your issues and follow your inner call.
Emotional star work: How can I love myself and accept myself as I am?
Dream image work: Track down your dreams. What do they mean, what do they want to tell you?
Strange happiness and false friends: What is good for you? Who is good for you? What do you do when you are not feeling well?
Non-violent communication: What to do when conflicts arise in your relationship, with your children or at work? Step by step, we will analyze everyday traps and practice releasing them using Rosenberg's model of non-violent communication.
Constellation work: We discover and analyze relationship patterns and relationship traps using the methods of systemic therapy. We make your thoughts, feelings and impulses visible, as well as those of the people around you.
Body image work: We create a large picture of you in which all your issues are reflected. Once visualized, unexpected solutions to physical and emotional pain will almost automatically become apparent. Body images are a wonderful method to improve your self-perception and to treat yourself with more love and understanding.
Nutritional advice: Why gluttony? Why asceticism? Why doesn't a balanced and healthy diet work? We explore the reasons and dedicate ourselves to developing and practicing better routines.
