For the body Yoga: Unlike traditional yoga, the power yoga I teach allows for individual adaptation of positions, movement sequences, and breathing techniques. Yoga that suits you.
Pilates: With strength exercises, stretching, and conscious breathing, you strengthen your entire musculature, especially the deep supporting muscles. Thanks to correct and healthy posture, you gain a whole new sense of strength. Strength training: Exercises with and without weights build muscle and tone tissue. Your strength increases and your athleticism improves—both physically and mentally. Endurance sports: Walking, running, and cycling not only strengthen your heart, lower your blood pressure, and help you lose weight, but endurance training also makes you happy! If you want more, you can try high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
TRX training: Slings enable an effective full-body workout and are very trendy. The device has its roots in physiotherapy, but can now be found in every gym. Water aerobics: Exercise in water is both gentle on the joints and effective training. Working against water resistance strengthens muscles, improves coordination, and increases endurance.
Nutritional counseling: Energy consumption (exercise) and energy intake (nutrition) are two sides of the same coin. We analyze your eating habits, identify pitfalls, and set the course for a diet that is both enjoyable AND healthy in the long term.
Relaxation techniques: After tension comes relaxation. With the help of autogenic training, various breathing cycles, progressive muscle relaxation, imagination and body journeys, as well as meditation (in Cape Town by the sea), we find peace. Foreign happiness and false friends: What is good for you? Who is good for you? What do you do when you are not feeling well? Nonviolent communication: What to do in conflicts in your relationship, with your children, or at work? Step by step, we analyze everyday pitfalls and practice liberation using Rosenberg's model of nonviolent communication.
Constellation work: We discover and analyze relationship patterns and relationship traps using systemic therapy methods. We make your thoughts, feelings, and impulses visible, as well as those of the people around you. Body image work: We create a large image of you that reflects all your issues. Once made visible, unexpected solutions for physical and emotional pain almost automatically reveal themselves. Body images are a wonderful method for improving your self-perception and treating yourself with more love and understanding. Nutritional counseling: Why gluttony? Why asceticism?
