A warm welcome!
♥ The retreat starts at 4 pm on the first day and ends at midday on the last day.
♥ We recommend that you go offline for the duration of the retreat.
♥ We will be an exclusive small group of maximum 14 participants.
This creates an atmosphere in which you can easily feel comfortable, in which you can open up and dare to try something new. The mindful encounters with the other participants will quickly create a deep sense of connection. A trusting and appreciative group atmosphere is very important to us.
You can expect a holistic and intensive program that has the potential to set the wheels in motion for a fundamental improvement in your life.
In a safe and caring environment, you will encounter a variety of powerful methods that have already helped countless people. Prepare to feel intensely.
♥ Our program starts daily at 7.30 a.m. and lasts until around 9 p.m., with plenty of breaks, including some longer ones.
♥ You will have a breathing session within the group on Friday and Saturday, during which you will be accompanied by another seminar participant. This lasts approx. 2 hours.
♥ You will also accompany a breathing friend during her breathing experience and support her with your presence. This will definitely help you to learn more about yourself.
♥ Body-centered exercises, active and silent meditations, rituals, conversations and painting pictures prepare the ground for a devotional breathing session and support the integration of your experiences.
A seminar day can run like this, for example:
07.30 a.m.: Active meditation
08.30 am: Breakfast break
09.30 am: Preparatory exercises
10.30 am: First breathing session (you breathe)
12.30 p.m.: Lunch break
14.30: Second breathing session (you accompany)
16.30: Break
17.00: Integrating exercises
18.30: Dinner
19.30: Integrating exercises and rounding off the day
21.00: End of the day
On Sunday morning, the focus is on integrating what has been learned and transferring it to everyday life. The program ends at lunchtime.
Your breath is the most powerful tool you can find to release stuck or stored emotions in your nervous system and body. It helps to develop your trust in yourself and your love for yourself in a way you never thought possible before.
We are Martina Wedenik from the Breathing and Meditation Center in Villach and Heike Wilken from LifeIsCalling in Reichenfels - two empathetic, open-minded breathing enthusiasts who are constantly learning.
